Support Chef Manager – Sussex and Surrey

This role is contracted to 48 weeks per year.

• Work together with onsite teams to provide support and training.
• Support our portfolio of schools to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards.
• Comply with all Company policies and regulations in respect of health, safety, and environmental management at work and ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene.
• Take responsibility for menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control.

• Passionate about food and great customer service.
• A fantastic communicator who works well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills across the customer and client journey are a must, with excellent supervisory skills being the real key to managing, developing and motivating a team.
• Financially astute and fully trained in all processes and software systems.
• A craft background with qualifications or experience to match.
