Programme Overview
Our Accounting & Outsourcing (AOS) Rotational Programme is designed for school leavers who want to develop a career in accounting and outsourcing. Over a four‑year apprenticeship you will rotate through specialist teams, gaining hands‑on experience across a range of services.

Departments (minimum 12 months each)

  • Accounting, Outsourcing & Advisory – deliver day‑to‑day accounting, VAT returns, statutory statements and advisory support to mid‑market clients.
  • SME Accounting & Outsourcing – support growing small‑ to medium‑enterprise clients, covering accounting compliance, finance outsourcing and personal & corporate tax.
  • International Accounting Services – coordinate multi‑country engagements and provide interim support on global client projects.

Specific office options will be discussed later in the selection process.

Role:
Associate Client Advisor Apprentice

As part of the rotational programme you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts.
  • Processing invoices, reconciling bank statements and maintaining ledgers.
  • Supporting VAT return preparation and other tax documentation.
  • Assisting client onboarding – setting up financial systems, gathering initial information.
  • Contributing to financial analysis and reporting.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance standards.
  • Collaborating with teams to improve processes.
  • Communicating professionally with clients and responding to queries.
  • Participating in training sessions and completing coursework for the apprenticeship qualification.

Work will be a hybrid model, with time spent from home, in the office and at client sites.

Full funding for the ACA professional qualification.
