Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: Carshalton

As a Band 3 HCAikari, you will work under the direct supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, who will delegate tasks to you. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients as part of a supportive and skilled team.

Applicants must have recent experience providing hands‑on care in a regulated health or social care setting (such as a hospital, care home, nursing home, or similar environment) to be considered for this role.

You will be provided with the clinical training to learn the role. You will be provided with daily supervision by trained staff to perform safely, confidently and competently.

Whilst the registered nurse retains accountability for the care delivered by the HCA, the post holder is responsible for their own practise, working within the defined limits of competence and within the scope of the role.
