We offer industry leading training to kickstart your professional growth. As part of our dynamic team, you'll receive a company vehicle and enjoy shift patterns between 8 am and 7 pm, accommodating your lifestyle.

During the initial training phase, you'll receive a competitive salary of £25,990 providing a solid foundation as you gain valuable skills. After completing six months of training, your dedication will be rewarded with a salary increase to £32,386 (Inclusive of allowances) Join us and seize the opportunity to thrive in the ever-evolving world of telecommunications. What You'll Be Doing

• Fix network, system, and telecom faults quickly and efficiently.
• Get hands on with basic mechanic and electrical repairs.
• Work in a collaborative environment where your practical skills are valued.

What We're Looking For

• Physical fitness to handle tasks at heights and a commitment to safety (We take it seriously).
• A full UK manual driving license (You've got it? Great!).
• Basic know-how of health and safety practices (It's a bonus, but by no means essential).

Your Responsibilities

• Basic mechanical/electrical repairs at heights - real hands-on stuff!
• Resolve dispatched tickets independently - we trust your skills.
• Maintain diverse networks and keep the equipment in top shape.
• Support customers like a pro, inside and out.
