Senior Sales Advisor

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)
• On Target Earnings: £25,750 - £30,750
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)

• ☕ Kick off with a daily team meeting with that all-important coffee!
• Assist customers in buying or selling homes
• 📈 Present, negotiate, and manage sales
• Generate leads & drive business growth
• 🏡 Offer top-tier service, arrange viewings & appointments
• Office-based with opportunities for on-the-go viewings

• A minimum of 6 months experience in Estate Agency essential
