Billing Operations Manager – Recruitment Agency (FM)

We’re partnering with a specialist Facilities Management recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Billing Operations Manager to oversee and optimise their billing function.

This is a key operational role within a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment, ideal for someone with strong management & billing experience with a solid understanding of FM and / or Construction temp recruitment.

• Managing end‑to‑end billing for temporary recruitment
• Ensuring accurate, timely invoicing across multiple Soft FM contracts
• Leading and developing a billing / operations team
• Working closely with payroll, finance and recruitment teams
• Resolving billing queries and maintaining strong client relationships
• Improving processes, controls and system efficiencies
• Supporting reporting and month‑end activities

• Recruitment agency billing or operations experience (essential)
• Background in Soft FM recruitment (cleaning, catering, security, hospitality or support services) not essential but helpful
• Experience with high‑volume temp workforce billing
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
• Confident systems user (ATS / CRM, payroll and finance systems)
• Team leadership or supervisory experience
