Staffline is recruiting Customer Services Administrator for our client in Minworth .

The rate of pay is £13.01 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 10am to 6pm ( first three weeks 8am - 4pm )

Your Time at Work
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will be to provide and promote a professional, customer-focused service to ensure the needs of their customers are being satisfied and a first-class service is being delivered and promoted.

Key responsibilities:

Handle Customer Inquiries
Process Orders and Documentation
Maintain Customer Records

Our perfect worker will build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
You will be required to have:
Communication Skills
Organizational Skills
Problem-Solving

Experience in a similar role is required.
