Staffline is recruiting Customer Services Administrator for our client in Minworth
A positive, energetic person is needed to join our client's established team. If you have the experience we are looking for, apply today to work as a Customer Services Administrator. The rate of pay is £13.01 per hour. This is a full‑time role working fixed shifts: 10am to 6pm (first three weeks 8am – 4pm).
Your Time at WorkAs a Customer Services Administrator, you will provide and promote a professional, customer‑focused service to ensure the needs of customers are satisfied and a first‑class service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries
- Process orders and documentation
- Maintain customer records
Our ideal candidate will build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
Required Skills- Communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Problem‑solving ability
Experience in a similar role is required.
