As part of an ambitious growth plan and following rapid expansion of our delivery team in the Philippines, we are now seeking a Finance & Outsourcing Business Partner (dual role to support continued scaling, strengthen UK-client engagement, and provide senior finance insight and oversight across the business. You will work closely with the two founders, acting as a trusted commercial partner, operational lead, and problem solver in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with the founders of Freedom Outsourcing, a dynamic outsourcing business helping UK companies save time and costs by taking care of back-office functions such as finance, payroll, compliance, and admin.

The role is dual-focused:

 1. Client Delivery & Outsourcing Leadership – act as the first point of contact for UK clients, translate requirements into structured processes, and lead a team in the Philippines to deliver seamless outsourcing services.

 2. Group Finance Oversight – review and own monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, financial controls, and provide strategic insight across four owner-managed businesses. All transactional processing is handled offshore, allowing you to focus on control, insight, and value-add
