£24,000 - £28,000 p/a DoE

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Manager, working for a high street property management company based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing relationships with tenants
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
• Manage portfolio of c. 60 residential properties
• Arrange re-furbs and renovations

The successful individual will have:

• Ideally 12 months experience within this field/similar role
• Good IT skills (Excel)
• Ability to create a social media presence
• MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
