This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection! We are seeking passionate Pizzaiolos who can work the kitchen the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first ingredients in creating the perfect pizza.

• Ready to be passionate about Neapolitan techniques… and most importantly passionate about pizza!
• Used to using pizza ovens.
• Dough, Dough, Dough! You’ll be confident in all things Dough.
• You’ll have Neapolitan experience or keen to learn the niche.

• Experience with Neapolitan pizza or a keen willingness to learn.
• Strong skills with dough.
• Experience using pizza ovens.
• Passion for pizza and Neapolitan techniques.
