Conveyancing Solicitor

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and forward thinking legal practice as they look to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing residential property team based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with some post-qualification experience to take the next step in their career, joining a supportive and modern firm that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear opportunities for progression as the department continues to develop.

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Deliver a high level of client care throughout the conveyancing process
• Work closely with senior members of the team who provide ongoing support and mentoring
• Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the conveyancing department
• Utilise modern case management systems and processes
• Build strong internal and external working relationships

• Qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience in conveyancing
• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Proactive, motivated and confident in taking ownership of work
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing legal practice

Hours
:
Monday to Friday, Full Time (9:00am to 5:00pm)
