Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join a public sector organisation, to support schemes for customers over the age of 55.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager:- Support designated schemes for customers over the age of 55 to help customers to live as independently as possible
- Carry out daily checks and complete handovers to team members
- Liaise with third party agencies
- Complete support plans and risk assessments
- Ensure safeguarding
- Driving Licence (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS
