Health Care Assistants at The Lodge provide personalised support to residents, helping them achieve their goals, access hobbies, and participate in their community. You’ll deliver personal care, assist with meals, and promote wellbeing while maintaining accurate care records.

• Support residents to achieve personal goals and independence
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
• Encourage participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities
• Support meal preparation and promote choice at mealtimes
• Understand and respond to individual health and wellbeing needs

• Complete and maintain care records accurately
