We’re looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join us on an initial 6‑month engagement and help keep momentum across a number of critical IT and development initiatives.

Due to an extended absence within the team, this role will play a key part in supporting ongoing and upcoming projects while we progress longer‑term technology leadership plans. You’ll be hands‑on from day one, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to shape requirements, produce clear documentation, and ensure the development pipeline continues to move forward smoothly.

• A proactive, delivery‑focused Business Analyst who can quickly embed into an existing IT environment
• Proven experience supporting multiple concurrent IT or development projects
• Strong ability to take ownership of requirements end‑to‑end, from discovery through to delivery readiness
• Comfortable working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels
• Able to translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
• Experience working in fast‑moving or change‑heavy environments
• Confident running workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement walkthroughs
• Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
• Able to challenge assumptions constructively and help shape the right technical solutions
• Comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and helping bring structure where needed
