Monday – Friday, 11am – 8pm

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum

Integral Staff are proud to be supporting a well-established warehousing business in their search for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join their team based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach who is looking to take the next step in their logistics career.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets

* Oversee the accurate picking, packing, loading and dispatch of goods

* Ensure all warehouse procedures are followed in line with company standards

* Maintain high levels of health & safety and ensure compliance across the team

* Assist with stock control, inventory checks and reporting

* Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff

* Work closely with supervisors and managers to improve processes and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Operative role within a warehouse environment

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities

* Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety and stock control

* Positive leadership style with the ability to motivate a team

* Forklift licence desirable but not essential
