Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (DOE) + Uncapped OTE
Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

At HBE UK, part of the Celnor Group, we’re experts in water hygiene and Legionella services, helping businesses protect their people and stay compliant.
We’re on the lookout for a confident, driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You’ll be the voice of HBE — connecting with new businesses and sparking interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities- Researching and identifying potential B2B clients
- Making engaging outbound calls to generate interest and book appointments
- Building rapport and developing relationships with prospects
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting the wider sales team
- Working to achievable targets with plenty of support and recognition
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B experience
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Positive “can-do” attitude with a hunger to succeed
- Proficient with CRM & Microsoft Office systems
