The opportunity - A key role in supporting our organisation

Are you organised, practical and good at keeping track of the details?
We're looking for a friendly and reliable administrator to join our Central Team and help keep Impact Initiatives running smoothly.

This is a varied role where you'll support colleagues across the organisation, help keep records and systems up to date, organise routine tasks and make sure important information is easy to find.
You don't need specialist knowledge of compliance or health and safety. We're looking for someone with good administrative skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

What you will get involved in
  • Keeping records, spreadsheets and administrative systems organised and up to date.
  • Helping coordinate routine health and safety checks and following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Supporting basic IT and equipment administration, including mobile phones and equipment records.
  • Gathering information and documents needed for contracts and compliance checks.
  • Helping with bookings, enquiries and general office administration.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues and the Board of Trustees.

About Impact Initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Has good attention to detail and enjoys keeping things in order.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn new systems.
  • Communicates well and enjoys helping colleagues.
  • Can work independently, use initiative and follow tasks through.
  • Has some experience of general administration or similar work.
Why join Impact?

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive Central Team, working with colleagues across a charity that makes a real difference to people's lives.
We offer a varied role where you can use your existing skills, learn new ones and take satisfaction in helping our services run smoothly.
You’ll also benefit from a 25-hour working week, generous annual leave and the opportunity to work for an established Sussex charity with a strong sense of purpose.
