Site Manager (façade) Swansea
Rate: £280-£310 a day
Role- Site Manager to oversee a prestigious commercial build in Swansea that is nearing completion, overseeing a façade package.
- Responsible for site health and safety, design and quality of façade install.
- Reporting into a Site based Project Manager
- Working for a top tier main contractor
- Experience of façade packages working for a main contractor or specialist façade subcontractor on medium to large scale construction projects.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card
- Must be able to commute to Swansea daily
- Freelance role with an immediate start
Opportunity to work on further projects with the same company after this 1-2 month freelance role comes to an end.
