LocationSwansea, Wales, United Kingdom
Role: Customer Service Administrator
Company: JDR Group
Contract: Temporary (ongoing)
Pay: £12.21 per hour, weekly pay
Hours: 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (initial training for 2 weeks: 5am to 2pm)
Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer queries within a timely manner, both over the phone and through email
- Process, release and monitor customer orders across various systems
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills – experience of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is desirable)
