Join Au Vodka’s incredibly innovative design team - the force behind the UK’s best-selling RTDs. We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious and detail driven NPD & Packaging Designer to help shape the future of our products, from bold new bottle concepts to standout packaging and next-generation flavour innovations.

About the Role

As our NPD & Packaging Designer, you will play a key part in imagining, designing, and delivering world class products into the market.

You’ll collaborate closely with our operations, legal, and brand teams to ensure every item, from bottles and RTDs to merchandise, gift packs, and premium packaging, to meet our high standards of quality, compliance, and style.

This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for innovation within premium consumer brands.

Drive innovation by generating new ideas for bottles, flavours, packaging formats, structural concepts, and beyond.

• Design for market release, creating print-ready and production-ready artwork for Au Vodka bottles, RTDs, merchandise, packaging, boxes, and seasonal or promotional gift sets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to ensure all outputs are consistent with brand identity, visual standards, and creative direction.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across artwork, materials, and final production.
