• Build strong relationships with estate agency teams to support and grow business
• Attract and advise new customers, guiding them through the full mortgage journey
• Offer tailored advice on a wide range of mortgage and protection products

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Confidence in generating new business in a target-driven setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Resilient, organised, and detail-focused
• Comfortable using IT systems (MS Office, email, web)
• Full UK driving licence
