Job Position: Graduate Digital Analyst - via the Graduate Development Programme

Location: Bridgend, Wales

Starting Salary: £25,000

Application Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 or above
  • Ability to work on site 5 days a week
  • Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
  • Commuting distance of Bridgend and a desire to remain in the area long-term. Must be able to be on site a minimum of three days a week
About the Role

Through 2026, multiple roles may be available to join a global, specialist Insurance firm headquartered in London and Houston, with a rapidly growing team in Bridgend, Wales.

As a Grayce Analyst, you will be deployed to our client’s Chief Data Office, gaining invaluable skills, experience and exposure to enterprise data projects.

This role presents a long‑term career opportunity to join the end client as full‑time employees following completion of the Grayce Programme.

  • 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: Minimum 2:1, especially in STEM or technical fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to spot patterns, think creatively and apply critical thinking skills.
