Job Position: Graduate Digital Analyst - via the Graduate Development Programme
Location: Bridgend, Wales
Starting Salary: £25,000
Application Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 or above
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
- Commuting distance of Bridgend and a desire to remain in the area long-term. Must be able to be on site a minimum of three days a week
Through 2026, multiple roles may be available to join a global, specialist Insurance firm headquartered in London and Houston, with a rapidly growing team in Bridgend, Wales.
As a Grayce Analyst, you will be deployed to our client’s Chief Data Office, gaining invaluable skills, experience and exposure to enterprise data projects.
This role presents a long‑term career opportunity to join the end client as full‑time employees following completion of the Grayce Programme.

Mentoring is available from experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers.
Starting as an Analyst with the potential to progress into a Lead Analyst after two years and complete a minimum of six industry‑recognised accreditations.
What makes a great Grayce Analyst?- 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: Minimum 2:1, especially in STEM or technical fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid foundation in programming languages, frameworks and tools used in data visualisation, software development, Dev Ops or testing.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to spot patterns, think creatively and apply critical thinking skills.
