Life Property Group Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Land and Planning Director to lead our land acquisition and planning strategy for new‑build residential developments and housing association projects. This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic property development company.

• Securing land opportunities and negotiating deals.
• Managing planning applications and compliance.
• Building relationships with local authorities and housing associations.
• Leading strategic land and planning initiatives.

• Extensive experience in land acquisition and planning.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
