Sales Advisor – 12 Hour Permanent Contract

We’re looking for a Part‑time Sales Advisor to join our team on a 12‑hour permanent contract.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
  • Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
  • Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting with the processing of online orders.
  • Take a first‑point‑resolution approach to any customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
  • Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
  • Assist with implementing store visual merchandising, windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product, categories, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications

High standards of customer service, enthusiasm and energy are essential in this role. You should enjoy working as part of a team of like‑minded people, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, adapt in difficult situations, show resilience, and work independently with confidence.
