Role OverviewAs a Development Executive, you will foster relationships, help clients find the right insurance products, and support them throughout the year. You will engage faces‑to‑face, on the phone, and via video calls, participating in prospecting and networking activities to build a robust portfolio.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their insurance needs.
- Advise clients on a wide range of insurance products across the Group.
- Conduct networking and prospecting activities to grow your portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Support clients year‑round with ongoing needs and information.
- Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not required; opportunities to gain them are provided.

- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and keen to identify growth opportunities.
- Curious and eager to learn, especially about the insurance sector.
