This is a Fixed Term role until July 2026 working 21 hours per week over 5 days (ideally starting at 8:30am)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the Director of People Services at Swansea University. This pivotal role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, monitoring email correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the University, contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
