About the Role

As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and financial reporting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work with owner-managed businesses, sole traders, companies, and partnerships across sectors such as charities, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build strong client relationships while developing your expertise in accounts preparation, compliance, and best practice in financial reporting.

We are open to this role being based at any of our offices across the South West, including Swindon, Bath, Trowbridge, Cirencester, Chippenham, Bristol and Taunton.

The Role
  • Prepare management and year-end accounts, as well as tax computations and supporting schedules.
  • Develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client care and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate client outputs within agreed time frames and budgets.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, acting as a buddy and sharing knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to business development and identifying client opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the team.
