Senior Quantity Surveyor Water

Due to an increase in workload on their South West Water schemes, our client, a top Utilities Contractor has the need for a freelance Senior QS to be based from their offices in Swindon.

Duties will include looking after the commercial aspect of Project:

- Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES) - Submitting client AFP - Carry out project procurement - Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account - Costs control and driving up value - Mitigating project risks - Maximising cash collection.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have Water experience gained with Main Contractors.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start in January and an ongoing contract.
