I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join the Special Works Division of an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Swindon region.

The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £20m in value.

They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.

They have a Special Works Division that carry out a range of refurbishment projects up to £1m in value, and they are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to come on board and oversee projects within this Division. The ideal person will have a strong track record working on smaller refurbishment / extension projects up to £1m in value.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualification
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on smaller refurbishment / extension projects up to £1m in value
• Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
• First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
• Full UK Drivers’ license
• Able to commute to Swindon on a daily basis
