We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced IT Technician to join the ICT Support Team at an ambitious and modern secondary school in Swindon. This is a full-time permanent position starting January 2026.

This Swindon school is known for its forward-thinking approach to digital learning, academic success and strong pastoral care. Technology is central to the school's curriculum delivery and the IT department ensures seamless access to digital resources for both staff and students.

You will provide day-to-day IT support maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting network issues and assisting staff and pupils with technical queries. You will also support the implementation of new technologies and ensure data security and compliance across the school network.

• Proven IT support experience ideally in an education setting
• Good understanding of Windows, Office 365 and network management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft) desirable

Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
