I am looking for an Estate Technician to work with an established social housing provider in the Swindon area. The role involves carrying out property clearances in void properties and conducting furniture removals and deep cleans in properties.
What you'll receive- £14.10 per hour
- Temp-to-perm contract
- Company van for work (cannot take home)
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM – 40 hours per week
- Manual driving licence
- Previous experience in estate clearance, furniture removal or deep cleans
