- Take full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch to ensure we hit daily sales targets and operational KPIs.

- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, leading from the front to drive a safety‑first culture.

- Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am–4pm.
- Leadership experience.
