A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead its team in Swindon. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the department's growth, drive client development, and oversee the delivery of high-quality commercial property services.

• Leading and managing the Commercial Property team
• Driving business development and client relationship growth
• Overseeing a broad caseload of commercial property matters
• Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining high professional standards
• Representing the firm in networking and strategic initiatives

• 8+ years PQE in commercial property
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong technical and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
