Cabinet Maker – Swindon People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Cabinet Maker based in Swindon on a full-time permanent basis. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components in line with drawings, specifications, and company standards while supporting production targets and maintaining exceptional workmanship.

Shifts
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm Salary • £27,300 per annum Benefits

• Follow drawings, designs and job paperwork to ensure accurate measurements and quantities
• Work to the Production Schedule to support OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery
• Produce high-quality components in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and resolve build issues, escalating to the Team Leader when required
• Complete rectification work to ensure all orders meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient working area
• Adhere to company Health & Safety procedures at all times Essential Skills
• Experience with in cabinet making, woodworking, or a similar workshop environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings
• Good problem-solving skills and pride in high-quality work
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team
• A strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement Training Provided
