Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Position: Permanent, Full-Time (4-day week!)

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 + Clear Career Banding

This isn't just any GP practice. Operating across three independent sites, they offer a high-standard clinical environment where cases are kept in-house whenever possible.

Gold Standard: Dedicated Cat-Only clinic at the main site.

The Team: A massive support network of 38 staff, including a talented nursing team of 16.

Independence: No corporate red tape—just a supportive, open culture with efficient management.

Education: A proud teaching practice that believes in nurturing talent.

They are looking for a multi-disciplinary RVN who enjoys variety. You wont just be stuck in one room; youll rotate through:

• Surgical & Anaesthesia (including Schedule 3 tasks!)
• Diagnostics & Laboratory
• In-patient care & Nurse Consulting

Make the role your own: Have a niche interest? This supportive team give you the freedom to define your position within the clinic and will support you in developing a specialism.

4-Day Week: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm (With a full hour for lunch + tea breaks!).

Weekends: Only 1 in 6 for hospitalised patients.

Holiday: 5 weeks + Bank Holidays.

Growth: Annual performance pay reviews and clear salary banding.

Fees Paid: VDS & RCVS memberships included.

CPD: £400 PA (with potential funding for certificates for the right candidate!).
