As Assistant Store Manager, you are the second‑in‑command, ready to fill in for the Store Manager and take charge when necessary. You will motivate your team, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance and maintain efficient operations.

You’ll act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust, recruit, hire, and retain a diverse team, coach team members, and assist with day‑to‑day business activities.

Bring energy, humility, humour and a performance‑orientated mindset to inspire others and achieve store goals.

• Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
• People management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, connection and inspiration).
• Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
• Decision making and problem‑solving skills.
