M4 Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Van Driver for our client based in Milton Park. The company is planning to relocate to Swindon soon, and this position offers either a temp-to-perm opportunity or the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (08.00 - 18.00)
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely load and unload company vehicles
* Handle some heavy lifting
* Deliver goods to designated locations as per customer requests
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, following all safety protocols
* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high-quality service on every delivery
* Complete 60-70 deliveries per day
* Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a van driver
* Ideally, previous customer-facing experience
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Must have a 5-year checkable work history
* Able to pass a DBS check
