Description du poste Fournisseurs
- Traitement des factures fournisseurs et des notes de frais
- Préparation des paiements (DTA, e-banking, Netting), gestion des rappels et suivi des litiges
- Traitement des courriels dans les boîtes génériques
- Gestion des acomptes clients, suivi des échéances débiteurs, envoi des rappels et des relevés
- Préparation et soumission du reporting Flash
- Saisie des écritures bancaires et contrôle de la caisse
- Reporting hebdomadaire du cash forecast
- Contribution aux travaux de clôture mensuelle et annuelle
- Contribution à la préparation des audits
- Soutien aux tâches administratives diverses
