Ein führendes Verkehrsunternehmen in Luzern sucht einen Kundenbegleiter (m/w/d), der im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden stehen wird. Zu den
Aufgaben gehören die Kontrolle der Fahrausweise, Bereitstellung von Informationen zu Anschlussverbindungen und Unterstützung bei Störungsfällen. Die ideale Person ist teamfähig, zuverlässig und hat sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1). Zusätzlich sind Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen von Vorteil. Schichtbereitschaft ist erforderlich.
