Service Technician

We are a globally active, modern family-owned SME in packaging technology based in Meisterschwanden (AG) and offer customized complete solutions for end-of-line packaging and transport security.

We develop, manufacture and sell high-quality packaging machines and systems. Commitment, quality, personal responsibility and fun at work are part of our everyday life.

• Troubleshooting machines and systems in Switzerland and around the world as well
• Carrying out service and maintenance work
• Installing and commissioning machines and systems on site at the customer's premises
• Developing customised solutions on site or internally
• Carrying out training courses for our customers and internally
• Supporting our internal sales team and the sales department with technical question
• Basic place of work is in Meisterschwanden/AG
• Completed basic training as an automation technician, electrician or electronics technician with mechanical knowledge
• Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 50-60%)
• PLC knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Driving licence Cat. B
• Convincing and confident demeanour
• Motivated, flexible, customer- and service-orientated personality
• Reliable, precise and careful way of working
