Apprenticeship in GPV Switzerland SA, Lachen/SZ as Electronics Technician (Elektroniker:in EFZ)

We are offering an apprenticeship opportunity for an apprentice Electronics Technician. During the apprenticeship, you will be involved in developing and implementing electronic solutions for different customers' products. You will work closely with our design team to create innovative and customer-centric solutions. You will be part of a dynamic team known for its creativity and technical expertise, with the chance to learn to become a professional and work on exciting projects while continually expanding your knowledge in the field.

To be considered for the role of Apprentice Electronics Technician, you must meet the following requirements:

• Primary school completed with good grades in technical subjects such as mathematics and physics
• Understanding of abstract relationships
• Technical understanding
• Interest in new technologies
• Light hands for precise manual work
• Precise and careful working methods
• Patience, perseverance and ability to concentrate
• Teamwork skills
• Spatial imagination

• Design electronic devices by using advanced software and manufacture prototypes by assembling and soldering printed circuit boards
• Read, understand, install, startup, measure, adjust and adapt electronic circuits
• Develop and program simple microcontroller software
• Create simple mechanical parts in conventional work-piece machining as well as modern 3D printing
• Visit professional school for 2 days per week to learn about the theory in electronics
