Commissioning and Software Engineer OT

We are a successful service provider with many years of experience in the planning and execution of software and hardware projects in all areas of industrial automation. We have seen a sharp increase in requests for large-scale and customized solutions from our customers in various industries. To ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with optimal support in the future, we are looking to strengthen our software engineering team.

• Programming PLC and visualization software
• National and international commissioning of process and industrial plants, cold and hot start-ups
• Retrofitting of existing plants during ongoing operations, commissioning window partly overnight and/or on weekends
• Testing of controls and visualizations in-house
• Creating operating instructions
• On-call and service assignments at customer sites

• Technician HF / Engineer FH / BSc in electrical engineering or automation or automation engineer EFZ with solid professional experience in the commissioning of plants
• Knowledge of programming PLC controls and HMI (Siemens TIA Portal)
• Knowledge of programming PCS7 or other process control systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology for process plants
• Motivated, independent, customer- and team-oriented approach
• Written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel nationally/internationally 40%
