We are hiring for a Plant Supervisor (Anlagemeister) to be responsible for intensive operational and organizational support of production campaigns in ADS multi-purpose plants for the production of intermediates and active ingredients in compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and GMP guidelines.

The role is based in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. This role involves being onsite full time.

• Shared responsibility for the availability of equipment – this includes safety, order and cleanliness, troubleshooting, and coordination of maintenance in collaboration with the technical service.

• Responsible for planning and implementing production changes, investments, and modern, cost-effective maintenance, involving all necessary stakeholders.

• Support and accompany product manufacturing through risk analyses, equipment changes, technical optimizations, provision of raw materials, and coordination of work between operations, laboratory, logistics, and technical service.

• Shared responsibility for ensuring a high level of training for employees assigned to a project or equipment, particularly regarding GMP, occupational safety, hygiene, and technical expertise.

• Together with the person responsible for cleaning, accountable for organizing and carrying out cleaning before start-up, after the end of a campaign, and for restoring the equipment.

• Implement the company's vision and culture and supports further development through openness to change, new ideas, and continuous improvement.

• Mitverantwortlichkeit für die Verfügbarkeit der Anlagen – dies beinhaltet Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit, Störungsbehebung sowie Koordination der Instandhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Dienst

• Verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Produktionsumstellungen, Investitionen und der zeitgemässen, wirtschaftlichen Instandhaltung unter Einbezug aller notwendigen Interessensgruppen

• Begleitung und Unterstützung der Herstellung von Produkten durch Risikoanalysen, Anlageumstellung, technische Optimierungen, Edukte-Bereitstellung und Koordination der Arbeiten zwischen Betrieb, Labor, Logistik und dem technischen Dienst

• Mitverantwortlichkeit für einen guten Ausbildungsstand der Mitarbeiter, die einem Projekt resp. der Anlage zugeteilt sind in Bezug auf GMP, Arbeitssicherheit und Hygiene sowie Fachkompetenz

• Ist gemeinsam mit dem Reinigungsverantwortlichen für die Organisation und Durchführung der Reinigung vor dem Einfahren sowie für die Reinigung nach Kampagnenende und die Rückerstellung der Anlage verantwortlich

• Setzt die Vision und Kultur des Unternehmens um und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung durch Offenheit für Veränderungen, neue Ideen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen

• Preferably a completed education as a chemical and pharmaceutical technologist (process technician), chemical laboratory technician, or equivalent experience in this field, or a technical college degree (HF) with relevant professional experience, or a university of applied sciences degree (FH)

• Several years of professional experience in production, engineering, and/or maintenance

• Independent and flexible working style; strong team player with excellent motivation skills and resilience; excellent communication style
