Test Development Engineer

• Test development for integrated circuits (wafer sort and final test) on mixed signal automated test equipment
• Development of test concepts to ensure testability in cooperation with design, customers and suppliers in a very early design stage
• Hardware development to adapt existing tester platforms to the specific test requirements of our products
• Industrialization of the test solution and transfer to production with clearly defined stability and repeatability criteria
• Continuous identification and implementation of new technologies for mixed signal testing such as design‑for‑test related measurement methods
• Reduction of manufacturing costs and increase of throughput by continuously applying yield improvement and test time reduction programs

• Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, measurement engineering or similar
• Experience with high‑level programming languages such as C++, Unison or similar
• Experience with Automatic Test Equipment for Semiconductors is advantageous (COHU EX, Diamond
  
  X preferred)
• Knowledge in hardware and circuit design
• Skills and interest in electronic measurement techniques, especially in the analog and mixed‑signal domain
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
