What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams and manage lab testing and validation activities
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with product roadmaps
• Integrate AI and advanced simulation tools to optimize thermal system design
• Build partnerships with industry leaders and participate in forums and conferences
• Present high-level reports to senior leadership and foster internal communication

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in thermodynamics and thermal systems, preferably in automotive or HVAC
• Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal simulation tools

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with sustainable refrigerants and global thermal system regulations
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian in addition to English
• Proven success in cross-functional leadership and data-driven strategy
