· e au responsable R&D produits et industrialisation. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme d'Ingénieur HES et avoir 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un secteur industriel. Ce poste implique l'élaboration de dossiers techniques, la supervision d'équipes et l'amélioration continue des processus de production. De solides connaissances en usinage et en CAO sont requises, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, l'allemand étant un atout.
