Process Engineer Metrology

For our team in theR&D Metrology & Testing
department, we are looking for a technically skilled and analytically minded person to serve as a key link between R&D and production in the role of
Process Engineer Metrology
.

Your Tasks:
  • Responsible for several test and measurement systems used in wafer fabrication, including problem analysis, troubleshooting, second-level support, and maintenance.
  • Specification, evaluation, procurement, setup, and qualification of new equipment and tools.
  • Data analysis, statistical evaluation, and preparation of results for various stakeholders.
  • Development of new measurement and test methods, recipes, and parameters, and transfer of new processes into production.
  • Contribution to quality documentation (PFMEA, control plan, process flows, etc.).
  • Procurement, testing, and development of data processing software for production.
  • Training of operators.
Your Profile:
  • M.Sc. in Microengineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • Experience with manufacturing and/or measurement processes in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience working in cleanroom and/or laboratory environments.
  • Good command of German and English.
  • Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and assertive personality with an analytical and structured working style.
