This is a core IC role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with confidence, and balances speed with quality that blends solid design foundations with emerging AI‑driven prototyping tools.

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Product Designer with strong product thinking and excellent craft to join our team. You will work on high‑impact initiatives across our enterprise SaaS ecosystem used by big hospitality players like Marriott and Accor across more than 10,000 hotels around the globe.

• Own end‑to‑end design across features and flows, from discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to shape problem spaces, define requirements, and validate solutions.
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for enterprise SaaS products with heavy use of dashboards, complex data tables, and operational workflows.
• Run user interviews, synthesize insights, and convert them into actionable design decisions.
• Produce high‑quality UI/UX deliverables: journeys, wireframes, flows, high‑fidelity screens, prototypes, tables, dashboards, etc.
• Work closely with our design system team to maintain consistency and push our standards forward.
• Advocate for user experience and influence decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.
• Incorporate AI tools, Vibe Coding, and rapid prototyping into your process to increase velocity and quality.
• Understand our products, personas, their journeys, and JTBD.

• Occasional travel may be required for team strength, collaboration, meetings, conferences, or training sessions, including at least one fully covered trip to the U.S. each year.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in tech or SaaS companies.
• Mandatory proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
• Must be living in Brazil.
• Solid experience designing for enterprise SaaS applications, specifically comfortable with high‑density interfaces like dashboards and complex data tables.
• Demonstrated strong product thinking, ability to break down complexity, understand constraints, and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, strong fundamentals, and high‑quality craft.

• Experience with AI prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, V0, Claude Code).
• Experience integrating AI into design workflows.
• Familiarity with hospitality, operational tools, or B2B workflows.
