Project Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a hands‑on and motivated Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the execution of the projects from order to delivery and installation while respecting deadlines, allocated budget, requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively work with customers to check the compatibility of customer specifications and technical files prepared by the pre‑sales department
- Establish and monitor the project implementation schedule
- Collaborate on the technical part with the involved company teams
- Be the interface between the customer and various departments
- Coordinate and monitor the different stages of the projects and the resources to be allocated or already allocated
- Provide feedback on significant projects with all the involved teams
- Present project status to internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline
- Professional experience in the role, operating in structured contexts with a matrix organization
- Proven knowledge of project management techniques (risk management, organisation, etc.)
- Knowledge in automated chemistry
- Synthesis, pragmatic and problem‑solving approach
- Able to manage conflict and job‑related pressure
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn business systems)
- Strong independence, drive, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Aptitude to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial skills and cost‑conscious behaviour
- Very good written and spoken English;
German or French is an advantage
